The vintage 1978 release features Fourth Doctor Tom Baker.

There’s a new must-have collector’s item for Doctor Who fans, thanks to Record Store Day.
Doctor Who: Genesis of the Daleks is being reissued on ‘TARDIS blue’ coloured vinyl, for release on Saturday, April 16.

The serial first aired on the BBC in 1975, with the audio version released three years later – a condensed soundtrack version of the episode with Tom Baker providing bridging narration. The story follows the Fourth Doctor, who, while travelling between Earth and the Ark, is transported to the planet Skaro, thousands of years in the past, on a mission to prevent the creation of the Daleks.

The edition comes complete with the original artwork.
